Terms of Service

By using ZyWash you agree to these terms. ZyWash is a marketplace connecting customers with independent laundry vendors and delivery partners.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. Vendors and drivers must complete KYC before accepting orders.

2. Bookings & pickup

When you place an order, ZyWash matches you with a verified vendor. Prices, turnaround, and item counts are confirmed at pickup. You may reschedule before pickup at no charge.

3. Payments

You can pay online or via wallet. Wallet credit is non-transferable and expires per our refund policy. Final billing may adjust based on actual item count or weight verified at the facility.

4. Vendor responsibility

Vendors are independent businesses responsible for cleaning quality, turnaround, and any damage caused during processing. ZyWash mediates disputes but is not a party to the service contract between you and the vendor.

5. Liability

Maximum liability for any damaged, lost or shrunk item is the lower of (a) the resolved dispute amount or (b) ten times the service price for that item. We do not accept items of exceptional value (designer wear above ₹10,000, antiques, etc.) without prior written agreement.

6. Acceptable use

No fraudulent orders, abuse of drivers/vendors, or attempts to circumvent the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
