How does pickup work?+
Book a slot, and a verified ZyWash driver collects your laundry from your door. You'll see live tracking once they're on the way.
How long does cleaning take?+
Standard turnaround is 48 hours from pickup. Express service (24 hours) is available at most vendors for a small surcharge.
What if an item is damaged or missing?+
Raise a dispute from your order page within 48 hours of delivery. We resolve most disputes within 3 business days and credit refunds to your wallet.
Can I reschedule a pickup?+
Yes — free reschedule up to 1 hour before the slot, from the order page.
How do payments work?+
Pay online at checkout or top up your wallet for one-tap payments. Final billing may adjust based on the verified item count or weight at the facility.
Where do you operate?+
We're live across Dehradun and expanding. Enter your pincode at signup to see available vendors near you.
Do you wash delicate or designer items?+
Yes — tag them as 'delicate' or 'premium' at pickup so the vendor uses the appropriate program. Items above ₹10,000 require prior agreement.
How do I become a vendor or driver?+
Sign up and choose the vendor or driver role. You'll be guided through KYC. Approved partners go live within 48 hours.
