This policy describes what ZyWash collects, why, and your choices.
1. What we collect
- Account: name, email, phone, role (customer / vendor / driver).
- Addresses: pickup and delivery addresses you save.
- Orders: items, prices, status, ratings, disputes.
- Location: driver coordinates during active orders (with consent) for live tracking.
- Device: basic device and usage metrics for security and product improvement.
2. How we use it
- To match you with vendors and drivers and fulfil orders.
- To send order, wallet, and account notifications.
- To prevent fraud and resolve disputes.
- To improve the product (aggregated, non-identifying analytics).
3. Sharing
We share only what's needed to fulfil your order: your address with the assigned driver and vendor, your contact number when an active order is in transit. We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention
Order records are retained for 7 years for tax and dispute purposes. You can request deletion of your account at any time; we'll anonymise records we are required to keep.
5. Your rights
You can view, edit, export, or delete your data from your profile, or by emailing info@zywash.com.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted via role-based controls and row-level security.
