Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

  • Before pickup: free cancellation. Any amount paid is refunded to your wallet immediately.
  • After pickup, before processing: ₹49 logistics fee; remainder refunded to wallet.
  • After processing starts: non-refundable unless covered by a dispute resolution.

Disputes

If something is wrong with your order — missing items, damage, poor quality — raise a dispute from the order page within 48 hours of delivery. Our team reviews evidence (photos, item lists) and resolves it within 3 business days.

Refund channel

Approved refunds are credited to your ZyWash wallet by default. Wallet balance can be applied to any future order. If you'd prefer a refund to the original payment method, mention it when raising the dispute — bank refunds take 5–7 business days.

Reschedules

You can reschedule pickup or delivery once at no charge, up to 1 hour before the slot. Repeated reschedules may incur a ₹29 slot-hold fee.

Damages

Vendor-caused damage is reimbursed per our Terms (capped at 10× the service price for that item). Tag delicate or branded garments at pickup so the vendor uses the appropriate program.
